I been taking low fat products for maybe 20 years but now I know what is good for me and I take in small amounts but good fat.
Also, may be some people will like to have recipes for Asian food who are diabetics or pre diabetics because of busy life people don't want to spend time to work out the proper meal.
Therefor if small booklet is printed or just have extra class to help with weekly menu for whoever is willing.
Baldeesh is doing great job and she encouraged me so much. I am carrying on my daily walk and feel good about it.
